Service Terms
JD Brothers Landscaping provides landscaping services across Bryan, College Station, Hearne, Navasota, and Caldwell, Texas. By scheduling and receiving our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Scope of Services
We provide the following services as listed on our website:
Lawn maintenance and mowing
Tree trimming and pruning
Fence installation and repair
Garden clean-up and landscape upkeep
Lawn equipment repair
Any additional services not listed must be requested and confirmed in writing before work begins.
Scheduling & Availability
Our standard working hours are Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Services must be scheduled in advance. Same-day or emergency services are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to reschedule or delay services due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.
Pricing & Payment Terms
- All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 14 days.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or electronic transfer.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a service at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure quality and safety during service, clients must:
Provide clear access to the property and work areas.
Secure pets, vehicles, and personal belongings from the work zone.
Notify us of underground utilities, sprinklers, or hidden obstacles before service begins.
We are not liable for damages caused by unreported underground utilities or pre-existing property conditions.
Equipment Repairs
Equipment repairs are offered as a separate service.
Repair times may vary based on parts availability.
JD Brothers Landscaping is not responsible for further damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance after repairs.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns promptly.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
